Every year I find it extremely difficult to choose our finalists amongst so many unique entries. We have to take a number of things into account, including the space available in our gallery. ELIGIBILITY

If you are an artist, who is currently not represented in another Brisbane (QLD) gallery AND if you are still reaching to achieve new goals as an artist AND would like to show your work with us and potentially in our Sydney and Melbourne Art Fairs, you are eligible to enter this prize.

  • The Revival Art Prize is open to Australian citizens or residents of 12 months or more who are over the age of 18. Finalists may need to provide identification if requested.
  • Revival Art & Design Gallery employees and employee family members are ineligible to enter.
  • The Revival Art Prize accepts artworks created in the last 12 months prior to 1st November 2023 and not previously exhibited at an art prize.
  • This prize is open to work created from most mediums, providing the work is an original, one of a kind and in a ‘unique state’. Two dimensional, 3D and assemblage works are welcome.
  • Painting size may be up to but not larger than 90 sqcm in any dimensions (eg. 90 x 90cm, 120 x 70cm, etc) In other words, any shape or dimension to a maximum of 90 cm squared in size. Small works are welcome. A painting can consist of multiple parts but they must not exceed these overall size limits.
