Originally from Southern Africa, Dee Curran is motivated by the sheer joy of creating. She describes her work as ‘Happy Art’ and we would have to agree!

This Sunshine Coast artist is inspired by her life’s adventures, past and present. Dee combines objects, plants and themes from her childhood in Africa with the bold and tropical hues of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.  A masterful colourist, Dee has an innate ability to create colour combinations which are both vibrant and soothing.
