‘Having recently turned to a full-time art practice, I look to build intimate connections with the natural world. Specialising in oils, I create painted canvas windows where we can be still with nature. Within these panes, I seek to capture ephemeral moments of light through the practice of multiple glazes, velatura and scumbling. Through paint, I speak of the innumerable and beautiful ways our environment quietly cares for us.’
